Magius payments: funding, cashing out and limits

Start playing

Magius combines casino and sportsbook play with deposits by credit card or bank transfer, while payouts follow the financial department’s own approval process. This page explains how to fund an account, request money out, the limits attached to each VIP level, and why a withdrawal may take longer than expected. For the wider picture, visit Magius for our slots, sports betting, bonus and VIP overview.

Funding your Magius account

Players choose from the payment systems available on the website when they make a deposit. Credit cards and bank transfers are the two funding routes identified in the terms, although the operator can change the systems it accepts from time to time.

The direction of each route matters. A method used to add funds is not automatically the same method used to receive a payout, so the payment choice at the cashier should not be taken as a promise that the same route will be available when you withdraw.

  • Credit cards can be used to add funds to an account.
  • Bank transfers provide another way to credit an account.
  • The cashier shows the payment systems currently available for the selected transaction.

No general minimum deposit applies to ordinary funding. The operator reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit amounts for individual transactions, so the amount displayed at the cashier is the figure that governs your deposit.

How a Magius withdrawal works

Withdrawal requests are handled by the financial department. Before submitting one, make sure that your deposited funds have been wagered and that the account is ready for any identity checks requested by the operator.

  1. Open the cashier and select the withdrawal option available for your account.
  2. Choose an available payment system and enter the amount you want to withdraw.
  3. Submit the request and respond promptly if the operator asks for identity or payment evidence.
  4. Track the request through the cashier while it is reviewed by the financial department.

You can have a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals at once. That limit is worth considering if you are splitting a balance into several payouts: additional requests will need to wait until one of the existing requests has been paid.

Getting your money out

The operator’s stated processing window is 3 business days after the request is made. A request can also be processed within 3 business days after the previous withdrawal has been paid, which means linked requests do not necessarily run in parallel.

The financial department operates from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. Weekend requests and requests arriving outside those hours may sit until the next working day. Verification, banking hours, weekends and the selected payment route can all add time beyond the operator’s internal processing window.

A stated processing window is not a guaranteed payout time. The operator’s review period begins first, while the time taken by the payment route comes afterwards.

What Magius withdrawal limits mean

Daily and monthly withdrawal ceilings depend on the player’s VIP level. The account is assessed using the ratio of deposits, withdrawals and bonuses during the 90 calendar days before a withdrawal request. A month without active betting automatically returns the player to the lowest level.

VIP level Daily limit Monthly limit
Level 1500 EUR7,000 EUR
Level 2500 EUR10,000 EUR
Level 3800 EUR12,000 EUR
Level 41,000 EUR15,000 EUR
Level 51,500 EUR20,000 EUR

These are the limits expressed in the operator’s published EUR table. Your own displayed ceiling remains the amount that applies to your account.

Charges that can affect your balance

Deposited funds must be wagered 1x before a withdrawal can be approved. If that requirement is not met, the operator may cancel winnings and retain commission equal to 10% of the last deposit, with a minimum of 0.5 EUR. The commission rises to 15% when the account was funded by bank card or bank transfer.

A withdrawal request may also be declined if the player has not reached a 20 EUR monthly wagering threshold in the calendar month containing the request. This is separate from the bonus wagering requirements and should be checked before money is requested.

Refunds are handled only in exceptional circumstances. A request must reach support within 24 hours of the transaction, and identity documents must be supplied within 30 days. Failure to provide them leads to cancellation of the refund, closure of the account and forfeiture of the funds.

There is also an inactivity charge. An account that has not been logged into for 180 days is treated as inactive and receives a 5 EUR monthly administration fee until its balance reaches zero.

Verification before a payment is released

Magius may verify identity, age and residence before or after a deposit or withdrawal. The operator can request certified identification, proof of residence, proof of ownership and transaction histories for the payment method, including bank or credit and debit card statements.

Requested documents must be provided within 30 days. Verification normally takes up to 10 days after a complete response, and the operator may use phone calls, face verification, credit reference agencies or fraud-prevention software.

Why a Magius payout may be held

A delayed or declined request may involve an unmet wagering condition, an incomplete identity check, more than three pending withdrawals, or activity that falls outside the account’s limits. A customer should keep the transaction date, requested amount and selected payment method ready when contacting support, as those details help the operator locate the request.

Keeping gambling under control

Payments should remain within a budget you can afford to lose. Magius offers self-exclusion and temporary time-out options through customer support, while the BeGambleAware website provides independent guidance. For immediate help, the National Gambling Helpline is available on 0808 8020 133, free and 24 hours a day.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Magius withdrawal take?

The operator states that the financial department processes requests within 3 business days of the request being made, or within 3 business days after the previous withdrawal is paid. This is a processing window rather than a guaranteed arrival time.

What is the maximum amount I can withdraw from Magius?

Limits depend on VIP level. They range from 500 EUR and 7,000 EUR per day and month at Level 1 to 1,500 EUR and 20,000 EUR at Level 5.

Can I make more than one Magius withdrawal at the same time?

You may have up to 3 pending withdrawal requests on an account at any time. Further requests may need to wait until an earlier payout has been paid.

Why might Magius decline a withdrawal request?

A request may be declined if deposited funds have not been wagered 1x, the 20 EUR monthly wagering threshold has not been reached, required verification remains incomplete, or account limits have been exceeded.
